CLUB WELCOMES NEW EXECUTIVE CHEF

 


 

 

 

    Chef Arnaud Berthelier 




 

 

The Union Club of Cleveland has announced that world-renowned culinarian Arnaud Berthelier has joined the staff as its Executive Chef. 

Chef Arnaud comes to the Union Club with a vast background in leading the kitchens of some of the best restaurants and properties from across the globe.  A native of France, he started his career working in numerous fine restaurants in his homeland. The highlight included a two-year stint at the three-star Michelin restaurant, Le Louis XV in Monte Carlo, France where he worked under legendary Chef Alain Ducasse.
 
Other award winning restaurants where he has worked include: The Ritz Carlton in Sheikh, Egypt; Sir Elly’s in The Peninsula Hotel in Shanghai, China; The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, California, and most recently at The Everglades Club in Palm Beach, Florida.
