Resident members shall be those who reside, or whose principal place of business is, within a radius of thirty miles of the Public Square of the City of Cleveland, Ohio, unless they are admissible to another class of membership.
Non-Resident members shall be those who reside, and whose principal place of business is, beyond a radius of eighty miles of the Public Square of the City of Cleveland, Ohio. Those whose primary residence is outside the state of Ohio under Ohio tax law qualify as Non-Resident members.
Downtown Neighborhood members shall be those who reside within the boundaries of the city blocks within 6th and 17th and Prospect and Superior of Cleveland, Ohio. Such members shall have the same privileges of other members.
